The following are steps to follow if
you are interested in donating flowers to the church:
See the flower
calendar on the bulletin board outside the main office to sign up
for your gift of flowers for the sanctuary. Dates are still
available this year.
Approximately 2
weeks before your date, the main office will mail you a flower
order form. Please fill it out and return it by the
Wednesday prior to your date.
Altar flowers must be ordered by the office by Wednesday
afternoon for the following Sunday. There is no flexibility as the
florist needs to put in orders by then.
The usual cost is $50.00 unless
you wish to spend more
for particular flowers, colors, etc. Make checks to "The Helen Haviland Fund."
Flowers may be taken
home after worship, or the church will gladly distribute them. Please advise the
office.
(We can use your help in delivering them!)
Containers,
baskets or vases need to be returned to the office when you are finished
with them.

The Helen Haviland Fund
provides altar flowers for those Sundays not covered by our
members and friends. Please consider making a donation to
this fund to keep it replenished. Thank you.
Help Deliver Altar Flowers!
We need help in delivering altar flowers to people in need (or joy!) on the first Sunday
of each month. This is a wonderful and rewarding ministry which takes very little
time. Please call 238-4411 on Tuesdays
if you are willing to serve. Thanks!
